In the summer, dangerous grass and gorse fires are common in Gower. For this reason; to protect wildlife, property and the safety of the festival, under no circumstances are BBQ’s or open fires allowed in any of our campsites. Please DO NOT attempt to bring any BBQ’s on-site. Security on patrol have been instructed to put out any fires or BBQ’s in the campsites immediately.

We love dogs at Love Trails Festival. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Dogs must be well behaved and Love Trails Festival staff or security reserve the right to ask misbehaving dogs to leave the premises. (In this case, a refund will not be offered.) Please respect the habitat of all wildlife you discover on the farm and in the local countryside.

There are drinking water points across the festival site. The water on site comes from the local mains Welsh Water supply, so is fresh and the same quality as the water you drink in your own home. If it’s a scorcher of a weekend, please take on extra fluid and stay hydrated.

Substances that are illegal in the UK are also illegal inside Love Trails Festival. Illegal drugs are not allowed at Love Trails Festival, and our security team will evict anyone that breaks this rule. It goes without saying, but trail running & vigorous exercise, and illegal drugs, do not mix well. Never mix drugs as this could be fatal.

In an emergency or if you need any help whatsoever, look for someone in a high vis jacket. Security staff and the Info Point team are all there to provide you with medical and other assistance.

Any questions about how to get the most out of your weekend, or if you require any assistance at all, come and find us at the Info Point. We will be giving out free condoms, sun screen and ear plugs (whilst stocks last).

If you have lost something, please head to the Info Point. If you have found something that doesn’t belong to you, please hand it in directly to the Info Point.

The Love Trails Store is located inside the Main Bar (the big rainbow big top tent) and sells a full range of official merchandise.

If you need medical or first aid attention, make your way, if you can, to the Medical Tent situated next to the Main Bar. The Love Trails medical centre on site is open for you 24hrs a day. In an emergency, approach a member of the LTF team or security marshals, who will be able to help. Only dial 999 in an emergency.

Race registration is open at the Main Bar in the Main Arena. You must go to Race Registration to collect your race number. Race Registration is only open at the following times:

- Thursday 19:00 - 21:00
- Friday 07:00 - 11:00
- Saturday 07:00 - 11:00

This is a very friendly festival full of like-minded, fun and interesting people. Please drink responsibly, so that everyone can enjoy the weekend.

Absolutely no alcohol brought from home or outside the event is allowed in the Main Arena. Take care of yourself, and your friends.

The Run Flags are the gathering and starting point of all run community led guided runs. Please refer to the Festival App for more information. The Run Arch is the gathering and starting point for all of the Trail Races, and a number of our Running Experiences. Please check the Festival App for all the information you need. Note that trail runs hosted by our sponsors always start from their stand at Love Trails. Please arrive 10 to 15 mins before your run is due to leave. Show up early to avoid missing out!

Showers are in Pilton Green and adjacent to Castle Accreditation. Luxury Showers and Pamper Rooms (extra pass required, purchase from Info Point) are located in Middleton. Showers at Love Trails are open from 7am to 10pm Friday to Sunday, although we can’t guarantee that all showers across the site will be open continuously throughout the day. With up to 4000 runners wanting to shower daily, pressure on our temporary water grid is unprecedented as far as festivals go. Please help us conserve water by taking a brief three-minute shower. Thank you!

Talks, films and movement classes at Love Trails Festival are totally free to attend (all included in your ticket price), just show up! Due to capacity restrictions in some Love Trails venues, we can’t guarantee entry to every single event. Please arrive early for things you are really keen to attend.

There are toilets in the main festival site, and in the camping fields. This year there are a combination of compost toilets, urinals and portaloos. After using a compost toilet, take one scoop of sawdust per poop or wee! Don’t put rubbish, cups, wet wipes or nappies in any toilet.

Please use our recycling stations for all rubbish. Please dispose of any litter and leave absolutely no trace, across the festival site, or out on the trails.

“Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of ‘99: Wear sunscreen. If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience.” – Baz Luhrmann

Recycling bins are located in all the campsites, please use those for all your rubbish. Please help us leave the farm in pristine conditions. Take all your belongings home with you – leave no trace.

"Simply the friendliest, most scenic, chilled, fun-filled, loved-up, work-hard-play-hard, spotlessly clean and feel-good festival I've ever been to. Thank you to all the LT team and support crews, you were magical."
