Tignes has an XXL ski area with 300km of slopes, spread between 1,550m and 3,450m altitude, for hours of skiing (and pure happiness) in the powder.

Tignes is the perfect resort for everyone. Whether you are high-level or just starting off, the Tignes-Val d’Isère ski area offers a wide array of snow-filled options for everyone to enjoy.

Due to its altitude Tignes has a very reliable snow record. According to 'The good Ski & Snowboarding Guide' Tignes/Val d'Isere is one of only two ski areas in France listed as 'Snow-sure resorts'.
Book into any of accommodations in Tignes. Please be aware the following residences; L'Altiviva, Santa Terra and Lodges des Neiges are located in 'Tignes 1800' so you may be a little further from the action!

Different areas of Tignes require a bus journey between them, Le Lac and Val Claret are the main areas of the resort. Tignes 1800 is a fair way out. The inter-resort buses are free and frequent.
